Ongoing roster management
We maintain your complete employee apparel record — who has what, what sizes they wear, what they still need. Onboarding and offboarding are seamless.
Quarterly business reviews
Four times a year, we sit down with you to review apparel spend, forecast hiring, adjust inventory levels, and plan for events or seasonal needs.
Hands-off swaps and retirement
Wrong size, worn out, or employee departing? We handle the swap, the retirement, and the record-keeping. You don't see any of it.

Partners selected and contracts finalized
We select two partners for the coming year. Scope, retainer, and deliverables are documented and signed.

Deep onboarding begins
In-depth brand discovery, apparel strategy, garment selection, inventory planning, roster build, and full portal setup.
Ongoing
Full-service apparel operations
Inventory held. New-hire kits shipping. Roster maintained. Quarterly reviews. Swaps, retirements, and reorders handled quietly.
Investment
Enterprise is structured as an annual partnership with a monthly retainer covering service operations, plus transparent pass-through pricing on garments and embroidery. Retainer size depends on your team size, hiring pace, and scope of service.
