Monday

Onboarding call

30 minutes with your dedicated account manager. We learn your company, your team, your brand, and what you're trying to accomplish. You leave with your personalized Embroidery Playbook in hand.


Tuesday

Logo and thread

We digitize your logo, match your brand colors to thread, and stitch a real sample of your mark onto a garment. Your logo goes into your permanent vault.


Wednesday

Stitchout approval

You review photos of your stitched sample. Tweak placement, thread colors, or size if needed. Once approved, your logo is production-ready for every future order.


Thursday

Portal and shortlist

Your private ordering portal goes live — curated with 5 to 8 hand-picked garments, your logo, your thread colors, and size collection tools for your team.


Friday

First order placed

Garments chosen, sizes collected, logo approved, proposal documented. You place your first order from the portal. Production begins immediately.

Everything included in your $900 onboarding

Why does Assisted cost $900 upfront?

That fee covers days of dedicated work: your onboarding call, logo digitization, thread matching, stitchout, portal build, and account setup. The work is real, and you keep everything — your logo vault, your portal, your data — for as long as you're a client. No monthly fees after that.

What if my logo isn't ready?

That's the normal starting point. Send us whatever you have — a PDF, a screenshot, a business card photo — and we'll run a free logo review before you commit. We'll tell you honestly what's needed and whether it can be embroidered.

Can we bring our own garments?

Yes. We embroider customer-supplied apparel for Assisted clients at a flat per-piece rate. We'll tell you upfront whether your garments are a good fit for embroidery.

What's the commitment after onboarding?

None. There's no monthly fee and no contract. You pay $900 once, then only pay when you order. If you don't order, you don't pay. Your vault stays yours.

What happens if we outgrow Assisted?

Some clients scale past what Assisted can handle — typically around 50+ employees with steady hiring. When that happens, we'll talk about Enterprise, our fully managed tier. Your logo, portal, and data carry forward.
