  • Honest readiness check: Whether your logo will embroider well as-is, or where it needs adjustment.
  • The thread color count and thread weight recommendations.
  • Placement recommendations: Where your logo works best — chest, sleeve, cap front — based on the mark itself.
  • Sizing guidance: The sizes your logo holds up well at, and the sizes where it falls apart.
  • A possible preview of what your logo will actually look like stitched out (this depends on the complexity of your logo).

Is this really free?

Yes. No cost, no obligation. We do this because many of our customers have logo questions before they're ready to order, and giving good answers up front earns trust. If we're a fit, you'll come back when you're ready.

What if my logo is a mess?

That's the most common situation, and it's fine. Send whatever you have — a screenshot, a photo of a sign, a business card. We'll tell you honestly what you have and what it would take to get it embroidery-ready.

What if I don't have a logo yet?

We don't design logos from scratch, but we can point you toward designers we trust and help you think about what makes a logo embroidery-friendly before you commission one. Just tell us that in the notes field.
