Thread has a natural sheen, and every stitch catches the light at a slightly different angle, so a color can look brighter, softer, or deeper depending on the lighting and the direction of the stitching. That’s what gives embroidery its depth and dimension. We can match your brand colors using Pantone, HEX, or RGB references, but thread comes in hundreds of colors while Pantone has thousands, so an exact match isn’t always possible. We’ll always choose the closest shade available. Screens add another variable, since monitor calibration and display settings change how colors appear. The colors in our downloadable chart may look a little different from the real thread, so if color is critical to your brand, talk to us before we start stitching.
