The father-daughter duo, Chris and Kayla, started the business after sharing frustrations with the abundance of cheap clothing and time-intensive ordering processes.

We'll treat every order like it matters, because it does. Your team is going to wear this apparel. Your brand is going to be seen in it. The person ordering it (you) is going to be the one who either gets credit for a job well done or catches flak for a job that went sideways.
