How 5 days actually works

Monday

Onboarding call

30 minutes with your dedicated account manager. We learn your company, your team, your brand, and what you're trying to accomplish.


Tuesday

Logo and thread

We digitize your logo, match your brand colors to thread, and stitch a real sample of your mark onto a garment. Your logo goes into your permanent vault.


Wednesday

Stitchout approval

You review photos of your stitched sample. Tweak placement, thread colors, or size if needed. Once approved, your logo is production-ready for every future order.


Thursday

Portal and shortlist

Your private ordering portal goes live. We will hand-pick 5 to 8 garments, add your logo, your thread colors, and size collection tools for your team and add it to your portal.


Friday

First order placed

Garments chosen, sizes collected, logo approved, proposal documented. You place your first order from the portal. Production begins once your garments arrive at Helmsman.

Why does the Partner Program cost $99 upfront?

That fee only scratches the surface of days of dedicated work: your onboarding call, logo digitization, thread matching, stitchout, portal build, and account setup. The work is real. No monthly fees after that.

What if my logo isn't ready?

That's the normal starting point. Send us whatever you have — a PDF, a screenshot, a business card photo — and we'll run a free logo review before you commit. We'll tell you honestly what's needed and whether it can be embroidered.

Can we bring our own garments?

You can, but we prefer you order new garments through our website. Embroidery involves needles and sharp scissors cutting around stabilizer. Apparel accidents happen. If we supply the apparel, we replace the garment. If you supply the apparel, you'll have to replace the garment.

What's the commitment after onboarding?

None. There's no monthly fee and no contract. You pay $99 once, then only pay when you order. If you don't order, you don't pay. Your vault stays yours.
